Venue : Kuala Lumpur – Jln. Sg. Besi
Salary Range : MYR 1000 – 2500
Position : 1 Position Available – Full Time


  • Co-ordinating mails, faxes, despatch/courier services and reception
  • Attend all calls and walk in guests
  • Office administrative works, filing and process orders received daily
  • Liaise with internal staff to ensure that operation runs smoothly
  • Manage and purchase office supplies such as stationery, office equipment, etc.
  • Any other assigned job or ad hoc project


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ “O” Level, any field
  • At least one(1) year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to speak in Chinese, English and Malaya
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
